Welcome to our online album and story of our wedding
in Rome! For all visitors who don't know us, we were married this past
summer after four years of courtship. Pierluigi is a native of Rome, while
I moved here from Houston, Texas, in 1997. We met in January 2000 through
the Gruppo Archeologico Romano--Pierluigi was the seasoned group leader
and I was a new volunteer in his sector, the Settore Falisco. We were
officially engaged in September 2003.

| This is an album of photos taken at our wedding by our guests, especially Pierluigi's friend Alberto, Rachel's friends Belén and Mara, and Rachel's family. Each photographer presented a different perspective of that day's events. I've selected them, two months later, from the events of that day which to me have left the most memorable impression.
